Quality, method of preparation and methodology execution of business educations


Our educational programs are performed by more than 40 carefully selected coaches from Croatia and foreign countries. So, with their proven experience in practice, your acquired knowledge can be quickly and directly used in daily operations.

We use high standards in the preparation and implementation for all our educational programs, and to our 25 education in the field of controlling and business management, after rigorous quality assurance of educational programs, International Group of Controlling (IGC) from St. Gallen in Switzerland awarded us a prestigious quality certification.

Certified program Controlling Academy Business effectiveness (for acquisition internationally recognized certification Certified Controller / Controller Certified) was certified by the International Group of Controlling (IGC). Thus we have acquired a quality label – IGC Quality Label which is awarded to programs of education that meet the highest quality standards and contain all the necessary educational components that are necessary for the efficient performance in work by professionals in business practice. The value of this international certification is recognized and implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Crafts. In order to ensure quality and practical applicability, our training is performed by exclusively renowned experts from business practice in groups with a limited number of participants.

Method of business educations preparation

  • In order to ensure the required quality standards in performing business training, trainers must satisfy the following criterias:
  • possess the required qualifications and expertise in the field for performing business education
  • possess practical experience in the field of business education
  • continuously carry out their professional development
  • quality rule and continuously improve the communication and presentation techniques
  • possess practical experience in the performance of business education

Elements of preparing the presentation materials are related to:

Activities of trainer before performing the education – related to the trainers presentation through a short text on the Business effectiveness website that the participants of education, before the beginning of education, introduce themselves with the coach and the theme of the presentation. Before and during the preparation and presentation, trainer actively collaborates with a team of Business effectiveness to ensure the quality concept and content of education, but also an additional useful facilities for training participants. Trainer prepares materials that include presentation in the default template, practical exercises (in text format) and according to the nature of business education the script and practical exercises in Excel ® for the CD.

The structure of the presentation –presentations must have the same visual identity (type and font size, title and other details that suggest that it is a Business effectiveness business education).

It is necessary that the presentation is produced in a standardized template structure with contact information Business effectiveness.

The presentation is composed of theoretical and practical part where the size of the presentation is not limited, but it must be consistent with the length of the training.

Necessary parts presentations include: title, contents and schedule of performance, education goals, the theoretical part of training, practical training, abstract, recommended sources of literature and online links and contact informations.

Trainers activities after performing education – after performing education, evaluation questionnaires about the trainer are statistically processed, and gave the trainer participants feedback on satisfaction during the education.

Evaluation questionnaire consists of questions about:

  • Trainers (lecturers) professional qualifications 
  • Lecturers' methodical preparation (communication techniques, discussions with participants, explaining)
  • Methodical performance
  • The quality of the content (compliance with the goals of education, practical application)
  • Satisfaction with the theoretical and practical part of education
  • Time schedule of the workshop
  • The area in which workshop is held 
  • Duration of the workshop
  • The quality of educational materials
  • Recommendation of education, suggestions and comments.

Participants express their satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 5, and the goal of the evaluation is to ensure the ability to obtain information about the positive and negative aspects of education in order to, on the basis of the results, take measures to future increase of the quality.

For possible questions and suggestions after performing training, trainer is available to participants.


In order to, in an effective manner, achieve the objectives of business education, during the implementation of our workshops we use a variety of methods: Exposure – for each workshop is envisaged that the daily schedule consists of four conceptual part (maximum 50% of the total time of the workshop), and includes:

  • an introduction to the topic
  • a description of the process and elements
  • interconnection of elements
  • practical application
  • examples from practice

Exercises – for each day of the workshop schedule, there are at least four practical exercises that are associated with the topic (at least 50% of the total workshop); exercises are very practically oriented and can be implemented in all business practices.

Individual and group work – is mainly designed for exercises, but also for the individual components of exposure (results of group work are presented to participants at the workshop).

Dialogue – from our trainers (lecturers) we require intensification of dialogue with the participants, and the participants can, during and after the workshop (in part or exposure exercises) ask the trainer questions.

Playing the role - for some practical parts of the workshop, it is planned to play different roles among the participants, with the final goal to better knowledge acquisition.

Creative techniques of thinking – in particular practical parts of the workshop, it is planned to use creative techniques of thinking with the ultimate goal of better visualization of the situation, generating of different alternatives and select among them.
