M.Sc. Željka Senjak, graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing and postgraduate studies completed in "Organization and Management" on the the Faculty of Economics. She received a certificate Leadership Core Curriculum training on the Ericsson Management Institute in Stockholm and certificate Accounting and Corporate Finance in the International Executive Development Centre in Bled, Slovenia. Her wealth of business experience includes positions of Service Marketing & Sales Manager, Solution Marketing Manager, Senior Service Account Manager and Senior Customer Project Manager, all in the company Ericsson Nikola Tesla in Zagreb. In the Croatian telecom company works in positions of Key Account Manager for the Croatian market and as a manager of corporate projectsand in Metronet Telecommunications as CEO for sale. In the HT Eronet (Mostar) was a member of the Board (CMO) and executive director for marketing, sales and customer care, in HT Mostar until 2009. member of the Board of Directors (CMO) and executive director for marketing, sales and customer care. She currently works as an independent consultant and lecturer in business schools in the areas of sales, management, marketing and resource management skills.
