Ana Vrbošić, B.Sc. Econ., graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and has specialized in the areas of finance and risk management - DC Gardner Training and Management - SDA Bocconi School of Management. Her business experience includes the position of chief regional manager in Privredna banka Zagreb, and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company Rog Joma Ltd. Boris Balent, MA (Psych), graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, and is currently in postgraduate doctoral studies at the Faculty of Kinesiology. Goran Ledinšćak, B.Sc. Econ. began his career as an auditor and then transferred to the printing industry. In the company Radin print Ltd. he has first worked as an assistant of the board member for finance and accounting but has held since 2006 the position of board member for finance and accounting. Ilija Braovac, B.Sc. Iur. is a certified tax advisor in a public company Braovac tax consulting which he founded after passing the examination and being authorized by the Minister of Finance in 2007. He gained many years of experience working as a consultant at the Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration, and Department for the Financial System and as a member of a council in Financial Inspectorate. Dražen Oreščanin is one of three founders and partners at Poslovna inteligencija, leading implementer of analytical IT systems in Croatia and region, with almost 100 employees in Croatia and offices in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
